In September Weronika Kędzia took part in an observation of the Pilot Transnational People’s Assembly organized in Athens by the Democratic Odyssey. The event was part of the Travelling Assembly initiative which is meant to constitute a pilot campaign to demonstrate how future permanent people’s assemblies could function.
One of the assembly meetings took place on the historic hills of Pnyx where hundreds of citizens and residents of Europe deliberated on how the EU can better prepare for and respond to future crises.
