Communication and Media Studies - Graduated Programme in English

Communication and Media Studies is a second-cycle academic program offered by the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

The program is conducted in English and is designed for individuals seeking advanced, specialized knowledge in the fields of media, social communication, and marketing.

Students can choose from two specializations: “Production in Media” and “Marketing Studies”. The first focuses on the production of high-quality audiovisual materials, programming, and modern project management. The second covers effective marketing communication, utilizing modern strategies and market research.

This program responds to the rapidly evolving, media-saturated social reality, which presents numerous new challenges. In light of these changes, the job market continuously seeks professionals who can analyze and approach media and social communication processes in an analytical and innovative manner.

the semester tuition fee is: PLN 3 000,00 (the fee can be paid in 4 installments of PLN 750,00 each).

Specializations

Production in Media

The “Production in Media” specialization equips graduates with knowledge, skills, and competencies in media production, including programming and modern project management. Specialization will prepare for creating high-quality, diverse audiovisual productions, as well as organizing and managing media projects.

Marketing Studies

The “Marketing Studies” specialization provides knowledge, skills, and competencies in modern, integrated marketing communication based on market research. Specialization will equip with expertise in modern, integrated marketing communication based on effective market research.

Formal requirements: 

All candidates are required to have proven knowledge of English at the B2 level.
