On Tuesday, March 17, 2026, another lecture within the Open Lecture Series took place. The guest of the event was Dr. Andrea Peinhopf from the University of Ostrava, who delivered a lecture titled “Whose Security? The Fight Against Russian Foreign Interference and Its Impact on Russian-Speaking Communities in the Baltic Borderlands.” The event was organized by the Border and Regional Studies Research Group (SGiR) as part of the CEEPUS research network.
