Who is who?

  1. HM RECTOR: final appeal instance against decisions made at lower levels.
  2. Vice-Rector for Student Affairs: emergencies related to studying, appeals against decisions made by the Dean.
  3. Faculty Dean: appeals against decisions made by subordinate units of the Faculty.
  4. Vice-Dean for Student Affairs: deals with issues related to studies, requests for the extension of session, changes to lecture scheme, individual study schemes, and student’s leaves.
  5. FACULTY SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE: consists of students and processes applications, and provides opinions in appeal cases.
  6. STUDENT SERVICE CENTER: formal requests, e.g. to repeat course, extension of student’s ID, accommodation and other matters related to studying.
  7. COURSE TEACHERS: course approvals, setting examination dates, consultation, and acknowledgment of absence notes.
  8. STUDENT COUNCIL (SC): representation of students before authorities, organization of academic events.
  9. YEAR PRESIDENT: matters related to classes, credits for entire year, discharge of duties, and renewal of student cards.
  10. GROUP PRESIDENT: matters related to classes, and credits of a group.
