MgrLeanid Marozau
Biogram
Leanid Marozau is a scholar and expert in youth rights, currently pursuing a PhD at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland. His doctoral research focuses on “The Formation of Youth Rights in the Context of International and European Political Systems.”
Leanid serves as Advisor on Legal Affairs to Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, the President-elect of Belarus. He previously held the position of International Secretary at the Belarusian National Youth Council RADA (2019–2024) and has been actively involved in international youth rights advocacy through the European Youth Forum.
With over nine years of experience as a lecturer in international law and human rights, Leanid has taught at institutions across Europe, Asia, and Africa. Notably, he has contributed to several United Nations alternative reports on youth rights in Belarus.
Leanid is a graduate of the Oxford University International Politics Summer School (2024) and holds a Master’s degree in International Law. Fluent in six languages, he continues to champion youth rights and international law on the global stage.
